Fleet Clean's M2O Program provides talented motivated individuals the training to become a franchise owner. This program is designed to teach select candidates how to efficiently run their own business. With the guidance of the Director of New Operations select candidates can become their own boss within 12 to 24 months.
The M2O Program has been a very easy process to learn, with excellent leadership and direction. Founded in 2009, Fleet Clean is a mobile truck washing company with 40+ locations throughout the country. Our locations are a mix of franchise and corporate owned locations.

Fleet Clean's Manage to Own (M2O) Program is a subset of our broader franchise system whereby a manager can be hired and placed into a corporate-owned Fleet Clean location as an Operations Manager with the understanding that he or she will have the opportunity to purchase the franchise location they are managing if Fleet Clean determines that he or she has satisfactorily completed the Fleet Clean M2O Training Program and the candidate has been recommended by Fleet Clean's Director of New Operations and approved by the Vice President at the conclusion of the training.
The M2O Program is designed to assure the candidate meets or exceeds Fleet Clean's current qualifications for new franchise owners, as well as qualifications and performance expected from Fleet Clean's seasoned and most effective corporate-owned location managers.
Application Steps
Once an applicant is accepted into the M2O Program, the individual is hired on the for selected corporate location as a Fleet Clean Corporate Operations Manager and the M2O Program training begins.
The Operations Manager will work for the Director of New Operations throughout the completion of the M2O Program. The Director of New Operations will provide structure and guidance on all aspects of the business from field to the back office. The program is has three phases, Application, Training, and Transition. At the transition level, 100% financing is available to qualified persons.
After the M2O Program completion, the Director of New Operations will remain the point of contact for any assistance needed to the Operations Manager that is now the new franchise owner.
No, there is no payment needed to participate in the program.
The Operations Manager will receive a weekly salary and an option to make a monthly bonus. Additionally, there is an option for health insurance benefits as an Operations Manager.
You can select the market you want from the list of available markets at the time.
We understand that each candidate will learn and perform differently. The answer to this question is yes, and this will be determined by the Director of New Operations.
This program is designed to ensure that each candidate understands the full and complete business module of owning and managing a franchise.
Once you are accepted into the program, a start date will be determined based off of each candidates situation. If relocation to the market is needed, this will be taken into consideration.
